This course provides the general responsibilities of the operators such as following operator manual instructions, developing safe operation habits such as completing safety inspections before using the equipment and recording any issues that might need repair. Fundamental knowledge of the machine that is tailored to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Our MEWP training program consists of classroom learning, written assessment, and hands-on practical experience. The content is delivered through instructor discussion, multimedia presentations, and live demonstrations with equipment.

Intended for

Applicable to anyone working with Mobile Equipment and handling loads with confidence and compliance and ensuring everyone has the proper knowledge and training to remain safe.

Upon Completion

  • Upon completion of this course, participants will have a thorough understanding of safe operating practices and safety standards that are relevant to any industry.
  • You will be required to achieve a passing grade of 80% on the exam, as well as demonstrating knowledge and skills in operating Telehandler with inspections and operations. You will receive a wallet card that is valid for a 3-year certification. Employers will be responsible for deeming employee competent.

Pre-Requisites

  • Fall Protection training is a pre-requisite for Elevated Work Platform Training, you will be required to present proof of Fall Protection Training prior to attending this course.
  • Provision of government issued photo ID

Please bring steel toe footwear to participate in the practical operation!

Students must be on time and present for all course content instruction. Students who miss any course content cannot be certified and registration fees will not be reimbursed, as per the Cancellation Policy
